How long is shipping?
Average shipping is 3-5 business days after processing time.
Iselect Expressions cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate.
Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery does not account for delays caused by carrier service and weather disruptions. Once item has been shipped please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to be updated by carrier.
Can I return an Item?
We will gladly accept returns for exchanges & store credit only. This applies to non customized unworn jewelry in its original packaging.
All personal care items can not be returned, refunded or exchanged due to the nature of the product.Â
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin production during our business hours.
If you would like to cancel your purchase you have 24 hours, after the 24 hours there is a non refundable fee of 40% for personal care items & customized/personalized jewelry of the total amount of your items for services and time following late cancellation.

What is your Jewelry made out of?
Most of our jewelry is made from stainless steel, we also have jewelry made from sterling silver, gold, titanium, alloy zinc and rhodium. View each individual listing details to know what each piece is made of.
How should I clean my jewelry?
The best way to clean jewelry is with a soft cloth or cotton ball. You may also use mild soap and warm water, be sure to completely dry your jewelry afterwards.
Can I return Jewelry I have purchased?
Non customized Jewelry can only be returned in its original packaging unworn for exchange or store credit only.

How do I keep my Jewelry from tarnishing?
Unfortunately all fashion jewelry is capable of tarnishing and some faster than others. Over time, your jewelry comes in contact with moisture, acids, oils and air that reacts with the metal, causing it to eventually wear down and tarnish.

That's from the metal reacting to moisture and sulfur in the air. How quickly jewelry tarnishes depends on a number of factors.
-The type of metal it is made of.
-The way you care for your jewelry.
-Your skin composition and the air around you.
1. Keep It Dry
The fastest way to tarnish your jewelry is by contact with moisture and liquids. This includes putting on lotions, washing your hands, a spritz of perfume, and sweating with your jewelry on. Even the oils on your skin can wear down the plating and metals over time. If you get your jewelry wet dry it right away with a cloth.
2. Store It Properly
Store Jewelry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and ideally somewhere with low humidity. Multi-level jewelry boxes with drawers and dividers are good for storing jewelry and protecting it from dust.
3. Give It a Break
Rotate your jewelry pieces do not wear the same ones everyday, treat them with love and care and they'll last a long time.
